We offer a 30-day refund policy for all satellite radio services purchased through SatelliteReg Radio. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your satellite radio subscription at any time. Cancellations made within 30 days of the billing date are eligible for a prorated refund. Cancellations after 30 days are subject to our standard cancellation terms.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available for services that have been fully rendered or for promotional offers. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
